pk vip Terms & Conditions

To register and use pk vip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing pk vip from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pk vip, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pk vip or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

By registering on pk vip, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access pk vip's full range of games and services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active pk vip account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pk vip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated bonuses or winnings without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk vip login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pk vip support immediately via live chat or by emailing our support address.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pk vip is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Direct. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed on the Payment page.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on pk vip is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within one (1) banking day for bank transfer methods. pk vip does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source where possible.
• pk vip reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) to five (5) business minutes for e-wallet methods under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to three (3) banking days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

pk vip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on pk vip are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider if their account is denominated in a different currency.

pk vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by pk vip are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

pk vip strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. pk vip reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

5.3 Promotional Validity

All bonuses and free credits expire at the end of their stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account automatically. pk vip is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was awarded.

All games available on pk vip are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All pk vip slot games and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk vip and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or dealers to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using pk vip to process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with pk vip's platform software.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, pk vip reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the players involved. pk vip's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.

pk vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We take our duty of care to players seriously, and we encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

7.1 Player Protection Tools

Registered pk vip players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from pk vip. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the pk vip platform — including but not limited to the pk vip brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pk vip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk vip content without prior written consent.
• Use the pk vip brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on pk vip's platform or content.
• Use pk vip content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of pk vip's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pk vip.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pk vip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the pk vip platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pk vip's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the pk vip platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from game malfunctions where stakes have been returned in accordance with Section 6.3.

pk vip's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your pk vip account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

pk vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk vip will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of pk vip after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using pk vip and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact pk vip's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. pk vip will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

12.2 Formal Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a regulated gaming matter, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may also apply.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
